Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and in its original packaging

Unused and in the same condition as received

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages & Issues

For the fastest service, return your eligible item and place a new order for the desired product after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
